Plate induction single burner, type KIP-1H-5,0 for catering (tabletop) is designed for cooking first, second and third dishes in special naplitnaya dishes. Cookware should have a flat bottom with magnetic properties: stainless steel or aluminium cookware with ferromagnetic bottom, cast iron cookware. The cookers are equipped with an induction module (inductor) installed under the glass-ceramic worktop, which forms the heating zone.

The inductor provides 9 levels of heating power, is equipped with a timer, has the function of maintaining the temperature from +60 to +240 ° C, protection against overheating. When the inductor is switched on, it switches off automatically if there is no cookware in the heating zone for more than 1 minute. The thickness of the glass-ceramic working surface is 6 mm.

For cooling the inductor and the internal space of the plates on the inner wall of the rear panel are installed 3 cooling fans, switched on automatically, simultaneously with the start of the inductor.
