Purpose, field of application:
Planetary shipboard mixer MPS-MR-20-1V is designed for whipping cream, proteins, cream, etc., preparing mayonnaise, sauces, mashed potatoes, etc., kneading dough of different consistency, mixing liquids. The mixer can be equipped with an auxiliary drive for attachment of attachments. It can be equipped with the following attachments: vegetable slicer attachment, meat grinder attachment.
THE MIXER CAN BE EQUIPPED WITH AN AUXILIARY DRIVE:
? For prolonged static tilting (without time limit) to either side up to ±15°.
? When rocking with an amplitude of 45° and a period of 7 to 9 seconds in any direction.
? When exposed to a relative humidity of 98% at an ambient temperature of 35°C.
? When exposed to ambient temperature for a long time (without limitation) from 1°C to 45°C.
? After exposure to salt (sea) mist.
