Industrial vegetable cutter (vegetable chopper) LEPSE "Gamma-5A"

It is used in catering enterprises (canteens, cafes, restaurants), in enterprises engaged in processing agricultural products for canning, drying, in the production of starch.
- A wide range of knives, graters, grinders, allowing to cut, shred and chop all kinds of raw and cooked vegetables, as well as fruits into particles of different geometric shapes and sizes;
- Types of slicing by the "Gamma-5A" chopper: slices, plates, cubes, bars, straw (eight types of slicing in total);
- Vertical design provides convenience in work and does not require large areas for placing the machine;
- The presence of a locking device eliminates the possibility of switching on the shredder during the change of attachments;
- Food contact parts of the shredder are made of approved materials;
- Possibility to prepare minced meat and fish when using the Gamma-5M meat grinder attachment (not included in the set).
