Description

Purpose, field of application:
Oven frying oven with proofing cabinet ship PRShS-11 is designed for proofing and baking a wide range of bakery products (hem and moulded varieties of bread from wheat and rye flour, loaves), confectionery and small items.
The combination of small size and high productivity makes the frying oven indispensable for use on ships and vessels.
KEEP WORKING CAPACITY:

? During prolonged static tilting (without time limit) in any direction up to ±15°.
? Rolling with an amplitude of 45° and a period of 7 to 9 seconds in any direction.
? When exposed to 98% relative humidity at an ambient temperature of 12 to 45°C.
