Shipboard frying cabinet SHZHS-1 (one frying section) is designed for cooking all types of gastronomic products, both fresh and frozen; for cooking meat, fish and vegetables; for heating finished products; for baking all types of bread and small flour products, both from fresh and frozen dough.

Cabinets are designed for operation as part of galley equipment on naval ships and civilian vessels.
