The cabinet is equipped with 2 trays of 530x470x33 mm in size, made of stainless steel, and one grate of 530x470 mm in size. The upper and lower blocks of heating elements are separately regulated by means of thermoregulators; an emergency thermoregulator is also installed, which operates at a temperature of +320 °C.
