Sewerage pumping station

Analysation pumping stations (hereinafter - KNS), mounted in a housing made on the basis of fibreglass pipes, produced by the technology of LLC "NTT" by the method of continuous winding. CNS are designed for lifting and pumping of domestic, faecal, rain and industrial wastewater where it is not possible to buried collectors of self-pumping type. Casing of CNS in the form of a cylinder with diameter from 1.0 m to 4.0 m is made on the basis of fibreglass pipe of full factory readiness. The CNSs are designed for underground installation. The design of the CNS housing consists of a cylindrical tank with a flat bottom, with inlet and outlet connections and a sealed cover with an inspection hatch. The inlet branch is equipped with an electrically operated inlet gate valve with the possibility of manual closing. The outlet connections are equipped with check valves to prevent emptying of the pressure header in the CNS when the pumps are switched off.
