Separator A1-BIS-100

Separator A1-BIS-100 is designed to separate from wheat grain impurities differing from it in width, thickness and aerodynamic properties at grain processing enterprises, at bread receiving enterprises and at grain complexes of agro-industrial complexes.
Separators A1-BIS-100 are designed for preliminary grain cleaning in grain preparation departments and elevators of flour mills, as well as in grain cleaning lines for post-harvest grain processing.
Technical productivity at cleaning of wheat with density 760 kg/m3, humidity up to 15% and clogging up to 3%, t/h, not less - 100
Efficiency of cleaning from separable weed impurity, %, not less - 96.
At the Customer's request separators can be equipped with horizontal cyclones complete with anti-suction valves.
Temperature regime of separators A1-BIS-100 operation - from -30 to +40 degrees Celsius, relative air humidity 40-80%.
