Separator R1-BIS-300

Separator R1-BIS-300 is designed to separate from grain and oilseed crops impurities differing from it in width, thickness and aerodynamic properties, as well as for operation at grain processing, bread receiving enterprises and grain complexes of agro-industrial complexes.
Separator ?1-BIS-300 is designed for preliminary grain cleaning in grain preparation departments and elevators of flour mills, as well as in grain cleaning lines for post-harvest grain processing.
Technical productivity at cleaning of wheat with moisture content of 15% and contamination up to 3%, tonnes per hour, not less:
- preliminary cleaning - 250;
- final cleaning - 160.
Efficiency of cleaning from separable weed impurity, %, not less:
- preliminary cleaning - 20;
- final cleaning - 80
Temperature mode of operation of the separator R1-BIS-300 - from -10 deg C to +40 deg C. .
