Semi-automatic blow moulding machine of series type PV

Semi-automatic machine for blowing PET containers from preheated preforms "PV-200" - equipment that allows to produce PET containers with high elaboration of design details. Semi-automatic blowing machine PV 200 is designed for production of containers from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) preforms by preheating and blowing method with capacity up to 10 litres. The equipment set consists of a power plant and a furnace for preforms heating. The design includes the possibility of infrared lamps radiation power smooth regulation and smooth regulation of the chain conveyor speed. Smooth regulation of the furnace electric drive speed is carried out by means of a phase-frequency converter. Automatic maintenance and control of the parameters of the heating and blowing process is carried out by a programmable controller.
