Description

Semiautomatic blowing machine PV 19 is designed for the production of containers from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) preforms by preheating and blowing, with a capacity of 19 to 30 litres. The set of equipment consists of a power plant and a furnace for preforms heating. The design includes the possibility of infrared lamps radiation power smooth regulation and smooth regulation of the chain conveyor speed. The furnace electric drive speed is regulated by means of a phase-frequency converter. Automatic maintenance and control of the parameters of the heating and blowing process is carried out by a programmable controller.
