Description

The product is designed to maintain the set temperature of second courses, sauces, side dishes during short-term storage in a hot state in functional containers and their distribution to consumers and is used at catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines of hot shops and distribution lines of self-service canteens. The product consists of a lower module to which a two-tier shelf and a tray guide are attached. The table top of the lower module is fitted with a steam bath for installing gastro containers, which are heated by water vapour.

In the lower module there is a removable control panel and a closed neutral cabinet for storing kitchen equipment. It is possible to clad with decorative film, decorative panels and illuminate the front panel of the lower module as an optional extra. The tray rails of the neighbouring counters can be fastened with bolts and nuts.

The height of the product can be adjusted by means of supports.
