MT1-1(3) Single Dish Warmer for Efficient Food Heating

Marmite 1-course MT1-1(3), is designed for short-term preservation in a hot state and heating to the required temperature "first" (possibly "second" and "third") dishes in platte dishes, their demonstration and distribution to the consumer. Marmite can be used at catering enterprises as a separate technological module or as a section within the food distribution lines of different configuration. Marmite is equipped with 1 electric burner, a shelf with a light under it to illuminate the working area and guides for trays installation.

The burner power is 1.5 kW. The burner power is regulated stepwise by setting the burner switch in position I, II, III, which corresponds to the burner heating modes: weak, medium, strong. Marmite is made of stainless steel.
