RUST Series 800 Disc Valves for Effective Flow Regulation

Disc gates RUST 800 series are designed for regulation of working medium parameters by means of changing the flow rate and closing the working medium flow with certain tightness. The design of the gates is based on the principle of triple eccentricity, which allows to provide a high degree of tightness. The working medium for disc gate valves is liquid and gaseous products: water (drinking, technical, sea), steam, oil, oil products, natural gas, oxygen, acids, alkalis, chemically active, explosion and fire hazardous media, including those containing hydrogen sulphide, liquid hydrocarbons, ethylene glycol, turbine oils, carbon dioxide, methanol (??3??), oxygen, water and mechanical impurities.

Service life before decommissioning is 40 years, service life before decommissioning is 320000h (240000h for control valves). Guaranteed service life of disc gate valves is 24 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 36 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer.
