BLOCK CUTTER IBM-2300

Block cutter or rotary shredder of meat blocks IBM-2300, is used for technological operation on preliminary shredding of meat raw material supplied in blocks, maximum size DxWxH up to 800x517x305 (on customer's request the maximum size can be increased) and temperature up to -20 C°, on chips and slices of size 100x100x10 (approximate) for the subsequent technological operation of shredding in "Volchok" or Cutter.
Working principle:
The meat block is manually fed into the loading compartment of the shredder, with a pre-adjusted height of the pressing block, under its own weight falls down the inclined tray to the working organ-rotor with sickle-shaped carbide knives installed on it, the shredded chips, under the action of acceleration given by the rotor and under its own weight, through the discharge slot falls into the technological tank for transporting raw materials (trolley-Chinese, Riksha) or conveyor, for further processing.
