Rectifier URAL-206I

The URAL-206I rectifier is designed to supply direct current to one manual arc welding station with an electrode with any type of coating.

The rectifier provides:

smooth adjustment of the welding current;

idle voltage limitation (12V);

short-circuit current forcing;

hot start;

protection against electrode sticking;

stabilisation of the set welding current;


The rectifier is adapted for operation from generator sets and ensures operation at rated current at mains voltage fluctuations from -15% to +15%. If the supply voltage is reduced to -30%, the welding current will be reduced.


The rectifier is recommended for welding non-rotating joints of oil and gas pipes and other critical structures. It can be installed in any mobile units.

Operating temperature from -40 to +400C.
