R65 Switch Combination for Railway Lines - Enhance Track Switching Efficiency

The combination of arrow products of track development is made in the form of an interchange line of several lines of railway track, as well as for the transfer of rolling stock from one of the intersecting tracks to another. The combination consists of 4 switches of P65 type 1/9 of VSP017.00.000 project (of different versions) and a crossing ramp of P65 type 2/9 of MSZ.8397.00.000 project. The crossings and the ramp are fixed on LVT-M blocks, which are installed in cells on a continuous concrete base.

Cross members are one-piece cast from high manganese steel. The sharps are HFI hardened. Frame rails made of DT350 category rails.
