Cross Switch Type R65 Model 2/9 for Efficient Train Transfers

Designed for the transfer of rolling stock from one of the intersecting tracks to another. It is used on metro tracks, maximum speeds of rolling stock up to 35 km/h. Design features: exit: separate fastening; elastic bar terminals Skl; pads with rebords; made on a rigid (ballastless) base; arrows: rotary sharps with liner-overlay root fastening; elastic P-shaped spring terminals; welded pads with cushions; crossbars: sharp mark 1/9 - prefabricated with rail usoviki and moulded core of high-manganese steel with liner-overlay end of the rear extension; sharp mark 2/9 - prefabricated with rail usoviki and moulded core of high-manganese steel with liner-overlay end of the rear extension; blunt mark 2/9 - solid cast type R65 mark 2/9 of high-manganese steel with rail ends of the front and rear outreach; counter-rail made of angle SP850.
