SIN32.64 pumping unit is used for transportation and injection of acid mixture used in any acid treatment of bottomhole zone of wells. Composition of this unit: MAZ chassis, three-plunger pump SIN64 with mounted planetary-cylindrical reducer SIN31, diesel engine YAMZ-6587, gearbox YAMZ-239, manifold with shut-off valves, fibreglass tank with acid-resistant coating (V=10 cubic metres), electronic recorder of output parameters.Main advantages of the pumping unit for acid treatment of wells:1. Modern three-plunger pump SIN64, Russian analogue of foreign pump SPM600.2. High efficiency of the pump, which leads to fuel saving up to 30%.3.
