Purpose: Dewaxing, cleaning of frozen pressure lines and other technological operations requiring injection of heated process fluids. Use as a part of coiled tubing complex for flushing sand and paraffin plugs, cementing operations, isolation of water influxes, acid treatment and well development, other workover operations on wells of all types. Composition of this unit: MAZ-6317F9 chassis, mounting platform, three-plunger pump CIN64, centrifugal pump with hydraulic drive, planetary-cylindrical reducer CIN31, heat generator, two-section tank, mobile diesel heat gun. Advantages: driving power 420 hp, productivity 38.9 l/s, maximum pressure 105 MPa, for coiled tubing complex.
