Pump TsN3000-197 and electric pump units on its basis

Pumps centrifugal centrifugal two-stage spiral-hulled type CN3000-197 and units electric pumps on their basis, are designed for pumping water and liquids having similar properties to water in viscosity and chemical activity, with a temperature up to 85 0C, containing solid inclusions by weight not more than 0.05%, size not more than 0.2 mm and microhardness not more than 6.5 GPa (650 kgf/mm2). The pump type CN is a centrifugal two-stage horizontal pump with semispiral inlet and spiral outlet, with a transfer channel between the stages, with single-entry impellers, mounted symmetrically main discs towards each other and shaft end seals of gland type. The principle of operation of the pump is to convert the mechanical energy of the drive from an external source (motor) into hydraulic energy of the liquid flow.
