Description

Dough mixing machine "Prima-330" is designed for the most efficient use of 330 - litre bowl T1-XT2D Smelyansky machine-building plant. Dough prepared on this machine, the properties are close to the dough obtained by intensive kneading (whitening effect, oxygenation of the dough, improving the rheological and organoleptic properties), which leads to better quality of finished products. It is available with a multifunctional processor control system. This is achieved by the use of two kneading bodies, reliable and powerful drive of rotation of kneading bodies, the ability to smoothly regulate the speed of rotation of kneading bodies.
