Description

-Maximally balanced machine with very robust construction. -The possibility of upgrading the operational control system (OCS) to a full Fanuc CNC system without additional installation work, by entering a service code. -Rigid cast iron bed, subjected to artificial ageing process to relieve internal stresses, guarantees long-term stability of geometric accuracy of the machine.

-Wide prismatic and flat slides, hardened to a depth of 1.5-2 mm to a hardness of 52HRC and ground, have high wear resistance. -Surfaces of travelling units (carriage, tailstock) are scaled and coated with special antifriction coating for travelling with minimum wear. -The machine has modifications CA500C10F2, CA500C15F2, CA500C20F2, CA500C30F2.
