Wheel Turning Machine TK2500 for Precision Profile Machining

Machine TK2500 and its modifications (M, T, T1) is designed for turning wheel profiles, axial brake discs (if any) without rolling out from under the rolling stock. Modifications of the machine TK2500 perform turning of a wide range of rolling stock: -Team locomotives and electric locomotives of Russian and CIS railways (version T); -Suburban electric trains (esp. M); -Long-distance electric trains (esp. M); -Speed passenger electric trains (esp. M, T1); -Rail buses (isp. T); -Municipal urban transport - tram, metro (ref. M)

The functionality of the machine extends to wheel turning in configurations: -tractor transport rolling units; -wagons; <ul> <li>- rolled bogies;</li> <li>individual wheelsets.</li> </ul> Technical solutions applied in the machine design and modern technologies allow to ensure high quality of wheel turning and long service life of the equipment.
