Precision CNC Lathe Machine IT42 for Accurate Thread Cutting

The IT42 machines are cabinet-type machines designed for precision turning of parts such as bodies of rotation and threading in a closed semi-automatic cycle, mainly from piece workpieces (possibly also from measured bars) in small-scale and batch production. The control programmes for tool movement, main drive control and auxiliary commands are entered into the control system memory from the keyboard of the operator console, as well as from a personal computer or the shop network via Ethernet or USB interface and can be corrected from the CNC operator console. Constant spindle speed is supported. Electronic handwheels can be used for operation in the adjustment mode.
