Description
The OM751 module is designed to input and distribute via the knife contacts of the field bus potentials of 24 V (terminals 2 and 6) and 0 V (terminals 3 and 7) DC, which are used to supply the external circuits of sensors and actuators connected to the channels of the input and output modules. The OM751 module is a subordinate node of the FBUS bus and provides the ability to transmit diagnostic information to the bus master about the presence, absence and undervoltage of the field supply. The OM751 can also be used as part of a related set of modules to create isolated potential groups for the fieldbus. The module's LED indicators provide information on the field supply voltage level.
