Portable Technological Equipment Complex for Interior Surface Treatment (Model XYZ)

The proposed complex is designed for treatment (dry cleaning, washing and rinsing) of internal surfaces of gondola car bodies from under various bulk and bulk cargoes in resource-saving environmentally safe closed (closed) mode. All main systems that determine the technological processes are compactly placed inside 20 or 40-foot containers. Optimised, reduced to the minimum possible consumption of energy resources considerably facilitates the solution of tasks on their provision of the complex and, as well as the whole complex, can be reduced to a mobile version. The gondola body treatment technology developed by CTG provides for two stages. At the first stage dry cleaning of gondola cars is performed by means of a mechanical cleaning combine connected to a vacuum unit. The second stage involves washing and rinsing of the internal surfaces of the gondola cars, which is carried out with the help of a washing machine.
