Pneumatic Vise TП 95-G2 for Secure Workholding on Milling Machines

Pneumatic vises of TP 95-G2 series are designed for workpiece clamping on milling machines. The mechanism of the vise is operated only when a prepared mixture of air with vapours of industrial oil is supplied. Air is needed for clamping and unclamping of the vise, the workpiece is held without air pressure due to the wedge mechanism.

Adjustment of the vise to the size of the workpiece to be clamped is done by moving the stop. Working pressure: from 1 to 8 bar. Jaw stroke: 3 mm.

Dimensions: 166x120x168 mm. Jaw width 118/150 mm. Increased productivity of the equipment on average by 50% due to easy and quick change of parts, reducing worker fatigue, which makes it possible for one operator to service more machines.
