Plastic Mass Forming Machine RFM-100 for Efficient Production

The RFM-100 moulding machine for plastic (fruit) masses is very easy to operate and maintain. You no longer need large production areas and huge lines. Despite its small size, the RFM-100 moulding machine has a capacity of up to 5,400 bars per hour, with a working width of 200 mm.

The prepared mass (fruit paste (or any other homogeneous, plastic product) mixed with various additives (crushed nuts, protein, rice balls, etc.) is loaded into the hopper of the moulding machine manually or automatically using a transport system. Special pressure rollers in the hopper of the moulding machine fill the cells in the moulding drum with mass. The cells are made individually for each customer based on the size and shape of the final product.

In this way the RFM-100 moulding machine works without scraps and rejects.
