Pipe Feeding Mechanism Injector for Coiled Tubing Units Application

The pipe feeding mechanism (INJECTOR) is a device operating as a part of coiled tubing unit and designed for running and lifting of coupling-free long pipes into oil and gas wells. Running and lifting operations are carried out both in the process of drilling and during repair, remedial and service operations at oil and gas wells, for example, liquidation of hydrate, paraffinic, sandy deposits and plugs, acid treatment of bottom-hole zone. The injector consists of the following main components: injector hydraulic system, drive, column, base, chute guide attached to the frame, chains, pad clamping system, chain tensioning system and chain lubrication system, frame and grid.
