5-Rail Lifting Clamp for Efficient Rail Handling and Transport

Gripper 5ZR is designed for simultaneous lifting of up to 5 rails with total weight not more than 5t, and their bulk reloading and transport. Lifting and handling of the rail package is performed by at least two grippers suspended on a linear crossbeam.

The 5ZR clamp is a welded metal frame, on which four swivelling hooks are mounted to fix the rails. The hooks are connected by rigid rods with a lock, which allows simultaneous turning of all hooks and their fixation in the closed or open position.
