PDGO-512 Ural Feeding Mechanism for Gas Shielded Welding Applications

Feeding mechanism PDGO-512 URAL is designed for mechanised welding with solid wire and flux-cored wire in shielding gas environment, as well as self-shielded flux-cored wire in field conditions in any spatial position.

Provides welding of the root layer of the pipe seam with solid section wire (SSW), filling and facing layers with solid section wire or flux cored wire in a shielding gas environment (SSW/SPI), or filling and facing layers of the seam with self-shielded flux cored wire (SSW).

A Euro cassette with 15kg of wire or a cassette with 6.3kg of self-shielded wire is installed in the mechanism.

Thanks to a special digital link between the feeder and the inverter source, the set welding parameters are independent of the length of the connecting cables.
