Modernisation consists in replacement of units and parts of the PT-135/165-130/15 turbine operating at high temperatures and exhausted resource, and includes the following types of works:
- replacement of the complete CVD with installation on the existing foundation and on the existing housing of the front bearing block and the middle (thrust bearing);
- replacement of DDC control valves and turbine stop valves with preservation of the single-line scheme of fresh steam supply to the stop valves;
- replacement of the cam-type distributor of the VDC control valves;
- replacement of the liners of the front support bearing and rear support bearing of the CVD;
- replacement of oil protection rings.
Designation of the turbine after Modernisation: PT-135/165-12,8/1,47 PR1.

Technical Specifications

Minimum scope of modernization	In the modernisation of PT-135 series turbine, the resource units and parts are replaced; operating at the temperature more than 450°C. This allows to renew the resource and improve the technical and economic performance.
Average volume of modernization	in addition to replacement of resource units and parts of the high-pressure cylinder, the liners of the front support bearing and the rear support bearing of the high-pressure cylinder and oil protection rings are also replaced
