Overhead Crane KM Type for Efficient Heavy Load Handling Up to 20 Tons

A bridge crane designed to carry heavy loads to significant heights, more often called a crane-beam. It can be manually operated and electrically driven. In the latter case, the crane develops speeds of up to 20m/min.

There are also different configurations of overhead travelling cranes: Electric suspension overhead bridge crane - suspended bridges travel on rails attached to the ceiling slabs of a building, so the entire ground area can be involved in the work. The suspended design allows work to be carried out along walls, which is not possible with a support crane girder. The electric overhead travelling support crane is a safer configuration than the suspension crane: the endcarriages are securely attached to the span beam.

This reduces the loads on the structure and increases its rigidity. Therefore, the support beam crane has a longer service life and can be used at all stages of unloading and loading operations.
