Dual-Girder Overhead Suspension Crane for Heavy Lifting Applications

Our company manufactures double span suspension cranes with lifting capacity from 0,5 to 10,0 tonnes. The suspension crane consists of a span (two girders) connected at the end sides with two end travelling trolleys. The lifting function in this unit is performed by a hoist/telfer.

The crane girder is travelling on I-beam monorail track. This crane has a significant advantage over single girder travelling cranes - it covers a larger area with the same length. The expansion is achieved thanks to the presence of jibs.

It is used in many industries, warehouses, construction works. Main characteristics: g / n from 0.5 to 10.0 tonnes, span length from 2.0 to 24.0 m, type of drive for movement: manual / electric, lifting height up to 36.0 m, mode of operation according to ISO 4301/01: A3 and above, the degree of protection of crane movement mechanisms: IP 54, version: OPI / PBI / VZI. By default the equipment is painted in orange colour RAL 2004.
