Trainer for overhead pulling. The main purpose of training on the trainer with vertical pull is to strengthen the rhomboid and trapezius muscles of the back. To ensure the strength, rigidity and durability of the construction, the base of the simulator is welded, consisting of concretised posts (supports) with footrests. The base of the simulator is concreted to a depth of 500mm. The seat is made of 18 mm thick plywood, treated with a paint coating resistant to atmospheric influence (ultraviolet radiation, moisture, heat and cold), the metal structure of the simulator undergoes preliminary surface preparation and is painted with powder paint resistant to atmospheric influence (ultraviolet radiation, moisture, heat and cold), all open bolt connections are protected with rounded caps made of plasticard. Maximum user weight 150kg.
