Outdoor bench for abs exercises. Inclined bench is used for amateur and professional training. It is suitable for performing abs exercises such as twisting, leg raises with a grip on the bar and "bicycle". The inclination of the bench gives additional load not only on the rectus abdominis, but also on the oblique abdominal muscles and lower abs. The width of the working surface is 400 mm. It consists of four vertical support poles: two poles 1350 mm high, two poles 420 mm high from the base surface and a wooden bench.
