Optical universal communication cable GERDA-KOU-K-ng(A)-FRLS

Optical fire-resistant communication cable is designed for transmission of digital communication signals, it is used for laying in soils of 1-3 groups, in cable ducts, blocks, inside buildings, tunnels, collectors with increased requirements to mechanical properties of the cable and operability in fire conditions. The cable has an optical core of modular design consisting of a central power element around which optical modules and other elements (if necessary) are twisted, each optical module can contain up to 12 optical fibres, the total number of optical fibres in the cable - up to 144 pieces. The space inside the module is filled with hydrophobic filler along the entire length of the cable. The protective cover of the cable consists of a strand of steel wires and an outer sheath of PVC plasticates of reduced fire hazard
