Description
The nonwoven thermally cross-linked fabric, manufactured by the technology "meltblown", has a uniform structure and is a 2-layer (meltblown + meltblown) fibre canvas of continuous 100% polypropylene yarns with chaotic arrangement of them in the structure, thermally bonded. "Meltblown" is a thin fibrous layer of polypropylene microfibres 1-5 microns thick (0.01 to 0.2 DTex), obtained by die-blowing.
Polispan®Medi fabric has the following properties: tensile strength, air permeability (except laminated fabric) and water resistance, it is resistant to water, acids and alkalis, does not rot and does not mould, it can be given the following properties: antibacterial, antistatic, hydrophilic and others. Heat resistant up to 1300C.
