Description

The nonwoven thermally cross-linked nonwoven fabric, manufactured by "meltblown" technology, has a uniform structure and is a 2-layer (meltblown+meltblown) fibre canvas made of continuous 100% polypropylene yarns with chaotic arrangement of them in the structure, thermally bonded. "Meltblown" is a thin fibrous layer of polypropylene microfibres with a thickness of 1-5 microns (0.01 to 0.2 DTex), obtained by die-blowing.
Polispan®Profi" fabric has the following properties: tensile strength, air permeability (except for laminated fabric) and water resistance, resistant to water, acids and alkalis, does not rot or mould, it can be given the following properties: antibacterial, antistatic, hydrophilic, etc. It is heat resistant up to 1300C.
