1.Non-electric oven G4-HPF is designed for continuous baking of all kinds of bread and bakery products baked at temperatures up to 320°C. 2.The oven consists of a baking chamber width of 2200 mm and height of 320 mm, furnace device with a burner, a system of gas ducts for the distribution of heating gases on the cases, and return gas ducts with a recirculation fan, the drive part with a drive cradle conveyor, a system of extraction of vapour from the baking chamber, a system of vapour moistening, tension station, electrical equipment, cladding and thermal insulation. The oven drive is equipped with a cradle delay time relay, which allows you to adjust the speed of the oven conveyor within 10 to 60 minutes of baking time, electric motor with a gearbox and safety mechanism.
