Description

The multiphase multiphase flowmeter-density meter MR 100x105 is designed to control the flow rate and density of the working medium (water, oil products, gel, gel with proppant and chemical additives, inhibited 20% hydrochloric acid solution) without separation of fractions during its supply from the manifold to the well. The method of flow density measurement is performed by panoramic meters of amplitude-frequency characteristics. A continuous signal from generators is fed into resonators through which the working fluid passes. The resonant frequency of the resonators varies in proportion to the flow density. From the flux density, the phase ratio is calculated. Advantages: -Because of the absence of moving protruding parts, the flowmeter is least affected by solids (proppant) with linear helium -Measurement results are independent of pressure and temperature -No influence of parts of the instrument on the flow, no pressure loss -Source of radioactive radiation is excluded from the design
