Description

Multiphase multiphase flowmeter-density meter MR 100x105 is designed to control flow rate and density of working medium (water, oil products, gel, gel with proppant and chemical additives, inhibited 20% hydrochloric acid solution) without separation of fractions when it is fed from the manifold into the well. The method of flow density measurement is performed by panoramic meters of amplitude-frequency characteristics. A continuous signal from generators is fed into resonators through which the working fluid passes. The resonant frequency of the resonators varies in proportion to the flow density. From the flux density, the phase ratio is calculated. Advantages: -Because of absence of moving protruding parts the flowmeter is least exposed to solid particles (proppant) with linear helium -Measurement results do not depend on pressure and temperature -No influence of device parts on the flow, no pressure losses -Source of radioactive radiation is excluded from the design
