Description
Multifunctional radiation monitor series "IR-560" (hereinafter referred to as IR-560) according to TU 26.30.60-560-23151859-2017, is designed to register gamma radiation in the range of 0.03-3.0 MeV and thermal, intermediate and fast neutrons of the spontaneous fission spectrum in order to search, localise and identify sources of gamma-neutron radiation, including nuclear materials.
IR-560 can be used both independently and as a part of radiation monitoring systems at checkpoints for various purposes - checkpoints of enterprises of nuclear-industrial complex, nuclear power plants, enterprises for extraction, processing and storage of RW and NM, enterprises for processing and storage of radioactive waste, metallurgical enterprises, institutions, offices, etc. as a tool for secondary inspection, localisation and identification of gamma- and neutron radiation sources.
