Multifunctional Device for Emergency Process Analysis - depRTU-P-SCI

The depRTU-P-SCI device is a universal device for registration and analysis of emergency processes, which combines the functions of selective detection of line faults in networks of any topology and neutral type and measurement of basic parameters of electric power. The following functions are realised in the device: control of the state of the switching equipment of the connection;control of the presence of voltage on the cable line (from capacitive/resistive dividers or VT), control of the correctness of the alternation of phases of the 620 kV network; measurement of phase currents and current 3I0;automatic fixation of current values for each phase in case of exceeding the setpoint (MTZ) with determination of the power direction (to/from busbars); automatic recording of the 3I0 current value for the purpose of detecting single-phase earth faults (OLF) when the set point is exceeded with the determination of the direction of zero sequence power; monitoring and recording of deviations from the steady state load ("adaptive overcurrent protection" - AMTP).
