Hovercraft SLAVIR are able to move over the water surface of any depth, as well as over land or ice cover with a relatively flat surface. Architectural and constructional features of the vessel: The hull is a composite box construction, reinforced with metal, with PVC cylinders.

The bow deck and stern receiver, which are most vulnerable in a collision, can be replaced. The flexible air cushion enclosure is represented by flexible receivers, fore and aft curtains. The propulsion system is single-engine with cardan drive and gearbox.

Propulsion is an air screw in an aerodynamic nozzle.
