Mobile verification unit UPMV1

Purpose: for reproducing, storing and transmitting the unit of liquid volume. The medium to be measured is water. The principle of operation of the unit is based on reproduction of the liquid volume in the flow in a certain range of liquid flow rates (from 6 to 30 cubic metres/hour), created by the device for supplying the working liquid - pumps, and measuring the liquid volume by the measuring instrument used as a reference in the unit: a flow meter - liquid counter.

The control system, data acquisition and processing in automatic mode compares the volume of liquid measured by the reference measuring instrument as part of the installation with the capacity of the tank truck (transport measure). At the end of the verification, a verification protocol protected from editing (correction) is formed with the possibility of adaptation to a specific quality management system (QMS). The unit is controlled by a personal computer - laptop and specialised software.
