1.The tank is designed for storing milk and other food liquids. <ol> <li>The tank provides:</li> </ol><ul> <li>- filling by its own pump;</li> <li>dispensing of milk by its own pump or by gravity;</li> <li>mixing of milk during storage;</li> <li>sampling through a sampling tap;.</li> </ul>3. The tank provides: <ul> <li>- control of lower, upper and current levels;</li> <li>control of product temperature.</li> </ul>4.

The tank has a thermo-insulating layer (mineral wool), which ensures preservation of liquid temperature for a long time. <ol> <li>Washing and sanitising of the inner casing is carried out through washing heads located in the tank.</li> <li>Drain and fill pipework is provided with shut-off valves.</li> </ol>.
