The E42703 instruments are designed to measure current and voltage in AC circuits. Overall and installation dimensions correspond to European standards. The arrangement of the mechanism is angular.

The dials and scales of the instruments are made in accordance with Din 43802. The instruments are verified in accordance with the requirements of GOST 8.497-83. E42703 are included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments of the Russian Federation No.
