Description
Mash mixer MSH-1 series "M2FM" 150l (comb.) is designed for mixing the components of sausage mince in lines for cooking sausages, sausages, wieners etc. OPERATING PRINCIPLE: According to the principle of action mincing machine is twin-screw, reversible, with end discharge. The main is considered the direction of rotation of screws to the central axis of the container, because at this point there is the most intense mixing of minced meat, while it makes a closed circular motion through the volume of the container.
